Mary ‘Willene’ Tolbert
Our beloved mother, grandmother, friend and angel on earth, took her journey home to heaven on August 21, 2012.
She was preceded by her parents Rev. Lee Waldon and Mrs. Clara Waldon, Eugene (Gene) her husband of 45 years and her siblings Walter, Burndeen, Roy and Jeanette.
She is survived by her children Cathy (Steve) Doss of High Point, NC and Tina Lee Mendoza. Also surviving her are her 3 grandchildren, Marcus Imburg, Christopher Doss and Trevor Rogers and her siblings Halleen, Bud, Carl and Tony.
Rest in peace, precious lady, with your heavenly family and friends. One day we will all be together again.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Willene’s memory to the Walter Waldon Music Scholarship Fund, Truett-McConnell College, 100 Alumni Drive, Cleveland GA, 30528. Please indicate Waldon Music Fund on memo line of checks. Thank you.
