MARY - TIEZZI's Obituary
Mary Tiezzi, 82, passed away October 17, 2008 at her home in Highland, CA. She was a resident of Highland for 79 years and graduated from San Bernardino High School. She belonged to the Community Hospital of San Bernardino Auxiliary –Volunteer since 1991 and the Highland Women’s Club since 1991. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and was a big fan of the Chicago Cubs. She was a Secretary at Norton Air Force Base for 40 years retiring in 1991. She is Survived byher 2 Daughters; Cheryle Hernandez and husband Steve of Highland, Martha Smart of Altos, CA; Grandson Mark Hopson and wife, Kelly; granddaughters, Carrie Massi and husband Tony, Erin Wilkes and husband Tim; great-grandchildren, Kaden Hopson, Kamron Hopson, Cole Wilkes; twin sister, Martha Rhoads; sister, Elizabeth McIntosh and many loved nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held on from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 23. Chapel service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 24, 2008 both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery.
