Mary Jane Baczek, 81 of San Bernardino, CA passed away on Monday, January 6, 2014 in San Bernardino.
She is survived by her son, Dr. William and wife Deanna Baczek of Ventura, daughter, Catherine and husband Steve Landrus of San Bernardino, 4 grandchildren, Chelsea and Ryan Baczek and James and Loren Landrus.
Mary Jane was preceded in her death by oldest son, James Baczek.
Also surviving Mary Jane is her long time companion, Jack Moore.
