Mrs Mary B. Baxter's Obituary
Mary B. Baxter, 80, passed away on February 21, 2016, in Riverside, California. Mary was born in Sulphur Springs, AR to Herber and Florence Casteldine. One of five children, the family moved to California in Mary’s youth. She graduated from San Bernardino High School in 1953 and went to work in the medical field, finally retiring as the Assistant Food Director. She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church in San Bernardino for many years.
She preceded in death by her mother Florence Caldwell and her siblings Florence Johnson and Heber Orr Baxter
She is survived by her children Charles Baxter of Grand Terrace, Heber ‘Buddy’ (Lisa) Baxter of Wyoming and Mary (Michael) Wilson of Grand Terrace. Also surviving her are her siblings Marie (Jon) Rowe, and James (Rita) Castledine; her eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
