Marc C. Lessard was born on November 11th 1955 in Biddeford, Maine and passed away on May 13th 2014 in Redlands, CA. He proudly served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. Marc is survived by his wife Cristina of 27 years, son Chris Read Obituary
Marc and I were both crew chiefs in the Air Force. We both loved the C-5 Galaxy. I first met Marc while we served in the 274th TAW at Clark Air Base Republic of the Philippines. From there we were both stained at Norton Air Force Base in the 63rd AGS. We became good friends including his wife Tina; we have grown close over the years; we are like family. I will greatly miss my brother in arms and my friend.

I grew up with Marc and we lived two houses down from each other on Green Street. We had many friends in our green street gang and were friends from our early years until he left for the Air Force. We played baseball in the schoolyard for many summers from dawn until dusk as well as everything else kids do. Marc was a great guy and good friend as well as distant cousin. Sorry to say that we lost track over the years with our own busy lives. Please know that he was a great friend growing up and his passing brought to mind many great memories. So sorry that he was taken so young.
