Lucy A. Webb, entered this life on May 5, 1938, in Ocoee, FL and passed away on September 5, 2016, in Redlands, CA.
Preceded in death by her loving husband Jack Alton Webb, 2 brothers, 1 sister and eldest daughter Lonnie Jean Morris.
Lucy is survived by her son Richard Lee Highlander; daughters Barbara Cooper, and Rebecca Lyn Webb; cherished granddaughters Renee Jean-Marie Cooper and Jacqueline Renee Cooper, along with a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lucy's memory to the San Bernardino/Inland Empire Humane Society.
