Louis Martin Stellflug's Obituary
Louis Martin Stellflug Sr., 77 a San Bernardino County resident of 33 years, passed away, February 23, 2008, at home with his family by his side. Louis retired from the US Navy where he served both in Korea and Vietnam aboard both the USS Princeton and USS Somers. Louis also worked for the Portland Cement Company in Colton for 10 years. Louis enjoyed gardening and he would often sit and listen to a ballgame on the radio while watering. He also loved a good poker game, but most of all loved spending time with his grandkids. Survivors include: his wife of 41 years Carolina, daughter Marie (Hans) Schodlbauer, two sons; Louis (Michelle) Stellflug and James (Jeanette) Stellflug, and his sister Eleanor Berndt, and his five grandchildren. Services will be held at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel 1299 E Highland Ave., San Bernardino, on Thursday, February 28th at 12 noon, with a committal service at Riverside National Cemetery 22495 Van Buren Blvd., in Riverside immediately following.
