Louis Menendez, 82, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Somerford Place in Redlands. Louis was born in Vergas Town, Pennsylvania and was a resident of San Bernardino for 48 years. He retired as Personnel Manager for Sears Department Stores after 40 years and was a member of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, San Bernardino Lodge #836. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Menendez of Highland, 4 daughters, Marti Nelson of Cedar Pines Park, Debi Beavers of Kalispell, MT, Judy Dawley of San Bernardino, Peggy Zeigler of Highland; sister, Anna Prado of Pennsylvania; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. No Services are planned.
