Louis Guillou's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Louis Guillou, just
six days shy of his 97th birthday. Born in Brittany, France, Louis was a hard
working and dedicated man who made a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Louis was best known as the proud owner of a successful deli that became a
beloved cornerstone of the neighborhood. His commitment to excellence and
his warm welcoming pretense made his deli more than just a business–it was
a gathering place for friends and family alike. He was a true pillar in the
community, always willing to lend a hand, share a laugh, or offer advice to
those in need.
Outside of his work, Louis was passionate about his yard work, taking
immense pride in his home and its surroundings. His love for his family and his
dog Lego were constant throughout his life. Whether tending to his garden or
enjoying quiet moments with his loyal companion, Louis found peace in life's
simple pleasures.
Louis was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He leaves behind a
legacy of hard work, kindness, and devotion to his loved ones. His strength,
generosity and unconditional love will be deeply missed by his family, friends,
and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He is survived by his daughter
Jacqueline Price, and his granddaughters Brittany and Nicole Anderson. May
he rest in peace. We are happy knowing that Papa and Mimi are reunited.
Visitation will be Friday, March 14, 2025, from 5pm-7pm at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel
1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino.
