Mrs Lola Jean McGowan's Obituary
Lola Jean McGowan, 93 of San Bernardino, CA passed away January 7, 2016, at Rancho Cucamonga Kindred Hospital. Lola was born in Riverside, CA on January 2nd 1923 and resided there until her marriage to Owen R. McGowan on August 7th 1948. Owen and Lola lived in San Bernardino on Country Club Lane for 60 years. After Owen’s passing in 2008, Lola moved to the Villa’s at San Bernardino in 2012 for her remaining years.
Lola was a wife and mother, who raised two children, Richard and Linda. She also worked part-time as a bookkeeper at her father, Charles Brand’s construction company in Riverside, CA.
Lola is survived by her children Richard C. (Joumana) McGowan; Linda (Mike) Lee; her grandchildren: Jacob (Calee) Lee; Seth Lee; Ruthanna Lee; and great-grandchildren: Audrey and Owen Lee.
