Mrs Lola Mae Kehoe's Obituary
Lola Mae Kehoe, 85, passed away Thursday March 6, 2014. Lola was born to Lewis and Vera Bleiker on July 13, 1928 in Dalhart, Texas. Lola grew up in Texline, Texas where she met and married Freddie Kehoe. Lola and Freddie began their adventure in Anchorage, Alaska during the Korean War. After which they settled down in San Bernardino, California where she lived for over 50 years. Residing in San Bernardino, Lola worked at Security Pacific Bank in Colton for 31 years. While working and raising two kids, Lola was involved in the Colton’s Business and Professional Women’s club. Upon retirement, Lola continued to be an active member of the Colton's Women’s club, where she served as President, Treasurer, Secretary and other positions. Lola always had a bright smile on her face and a happy heart, she loved spending time with her family, summers at Carlsbad Beach with the grandkids, and socializing with friends. She loved telling stories of her days on the ranch in Texline, her time in Alaska, and how proud she was of her family. She was her family’s “biggest fan”. She had many good friends wherever her travels led her. Her family and friends will remember her with a good cup of coffee, a piece of See’s Candy, watching the Dallas Cowboys and Dancing with the Stars. She is proceeded in death by her husband Freddie Kehoe, and 3 Brothers; James Bleiker, Bill Bleiker and C.A. Bleiker. She is survived by her son Greg Kehoe, daughter-in-law Kelly Kehoe of Martindale, Texas, daughter Sandi Lydeen and son-in-law Scott Lydeen of Indio, California, five grandkids; Mathew Kehoe, Cody Kehoe, Jared Kehoe, Kayci Lydeen, Tyler Lydeen and her brother Bobby Bleiker. In lieu of flowers please make donations to your favorite charity or the Colton’s Women's Club.
