Mrs Lois Anne Ljunggren's Obituary
Lois Anne Ljunggren, age 90, died peacefully on March 1, 2017, at her home in San Bernardino, CA. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, the daughter of James and Abigail Reese. After high school, Lois attended Jersey City Medical Center where she earned her R.N. There she met and married Dr. John Ljunggren, in 1950.
In addition to raising five children, Lois was the resident nurse at California State University, San Bernardino for eighteen years.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband; her son, John; and sister, Joan. Lois is survived by her four children, Nancy, Lisel, Donna, and James; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Lois will be laid to rest privately at Montecito Memorial Park.
