Linda Lou Brule's Obituary
Linda Lou Brule, age 57, passed in peace at her home in San Bernardino surrounded by family on Tuesday January 7, 2020.
Linda was born in Bern Switzerland where her father was stationed while serving in the military. As a child Linda lived in Iowa and finished her school years in Bradenton Florida. As an adult she moved to San Bernardino where she raised her children. She finished her BA in Psychology at Cal State San Bernardino in 2000. She then took a position at San Manuel Casino in the accounting department where she worked for 14 years before retiring as a Senior Accountant. In her spare time Linda took care of everyone around her. There wasn’t a friend of her children that didn’t call her mom or any of their children that didn’t call her Oma. She was a vibrant woman who was willing to help any person, or cat, that was in need. She was always there with a listening ear, helping hand or advice. Her words of wisdom will be missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her father Donald Busey. She is survived by her husband of 25 years Timothy Brule, daughter Jessica Marek (Brad), son Jeffrey Ware (Ashley), daughter Sarah Brennan, grandchildren Nikole, McKayla, McKenna, Tristan and Maddox, her mother Glenda Kaufman (Jim) , 4 sisters and too many honorary children and grandchildren to count.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life and share memories of Linda at a service on Saturday January 18th at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel in San Bernardino at 1100. Linda was a Partner in Hope for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. In lieu of flowers please consider sending a donation in her honor.
