LIBBY - GAINES's Obituary
Libby Gaines, 75 of Rialto, CA, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2008 at Kaiser Hospital in Fontana. Originally from Louisiana, Libby lived in the Inland Empire for the last 28 years. She worked for most of her life with The May Company where she was as a furrier. Libby was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Ernest Gaines who passed away earlier this year. She is survived by her son Michael Gaines of Rialto, CA, her sister Fannie and brother Leroy both of San Francisco, CA, many nieces and nephews along with special neighbors and friends. A visitation will be held Thursday September 4th from 5 – 7 p.m. With a funeral service on Friday, September 5th at 2 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA 92404. Interment will be private at Riverside National Cemetery.
