Leon Vern Keding's Obituary
Leon Vern Keding, 84, passed away July 18, 2010. Leon was born March 27, 1926 in Salt Lake City, Utah and was a resident of San Bernardino for 55 years. Leon was a
veteran of the US Navy and a city planner for 41 years. He was an active member of the LDS Church serving as Bishop, temple worker and completed 2 missions.
Survivors include his 6 children, Leon M. Keding, DeNese Christopherson, Craig E. Keding, Janelle Keding, David R. Keding and Douglas A. Keding, 2 brothers Leonard and Ronald Keding, 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be Friday July 23, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Relief Society room with services to follow at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter –Day Saints, 1244 E. Pacific Ave., San Bernardino, CA. Burial will be at Salt Lake City Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Utah under the direction of Holbrook Mortuary.
