Dear Family and friends of Ken Coker:
I'm so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. Seeing his name and picture in the sun, made me stop and let the memories of this good and honorable man come back to me. I worked at Snow Valley as a ski instructor during the same years that Ken did. Although I was 19 years younger, Ken took the time to be a good friend and taught me to be a better instructor and and more graceful skier. He taught me to do a Royal Christy.
He was always easy and fun to be around and never grumpy as some were. So many of my best memories of those years have Ken in them, along with the Bartlett family, George and Jill Desseaux and so many others.
I also remember the pleasure of having a few swing dances with Ken at Lloyd's when the instructors would meet after hours.
