I have a lot of memories but my favorite memory is probably when we had sleep overs at our Grandmas house with friends and family: it was always so fun.

One time we went to Knots Berry Farm; this lady had a snake from one of the Harry Potter movies and we all got to hold it. When my mom held it it wrapped around her pony tail and she was sure scared. That was a really good day.
- Brianna, Kari's oldest daughter
As a member of the rehab team at Braswell's Colonial Care, it was my honor to have met and worked with Kari. What a beautiful and courageous young woman! Her faith was contagious. I did not meet her partner, nor her girls, but I know from our brief conversations that they were the purpose of her life. My heart goes out to her family, in particular her mom. Comfort each other with memories.

Offering my condolences. May you find peace and strength in the happy memories shared together. May God bless and comfort the family. Acts 24:15
My heart goes out to Ryan, the girls, her family, and all of her friends. May you find the peace and strength until you meet again. Your smile will forever shine in your girls. I will miss coming over and talking in the kitchen while you finish your potato salad and you making sure my Jade had ice cream at the girls birthday parties because you always made strawberry cupcakes. Everytime I see the blue owl you gave Jade, I will always think of you. Hugs and ladybugs forever.

Oh my how do I put into words my love for you. My most fond memories as a child were with you. We were best friends. Scranie Tawnie and Scary Kari! Going to my grandma's every summer was the highlight of my summer. As we got older life changed and we drifted apart. You never left my heart. Our memories will FOREVER be etched in my soul! Thank you for such a special friendship! You were more than friends you were family! I loved your mom and Andy too. Rest in peace no more pain. Fly high beautiful!
