Joyce Juanita Paden
Joyce J. Paden has been reunited with her husband Jim on the road once traveled together.
Joyce , 87 of San Bernardino, quietly passed away on February 28, 2018.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Joy lived most of her life in San Bernardino County. She started her career working as a switch board operator for Ohio Bell and later retired from the General Telephone Company. She was the mother of three sons and was involved in Scouting and sports with her children. Her husband passed before her, but they had spent many great years together on the road camping.
Joyce is survived by her three sons: Garry of Visalia, Jerry of Upland and Rick of Hayward. She has four grandsons named: Damon, Jason, Bodie and Jeff, and was also blessed with eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Friday March 9, 2018, from 9:00 am to noon at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino. This will be followed immediately afterwards by a graveside service at the Mountain View Cemetery, located at the corner of Highland and Waterman Ave. in San Bernardino.
