Joyce Karen Funke's Obituary
Joyce Karen Funke, 69, a resident of San Bernardino County for 35 years, passed away December 25, 2009 at Mission Commons in Redlands.
She was generous in her giving to the American Cancer Society and the American heart Association. Her giving found even more common expressions in caring for those around here. crocheting and knitting, arts and crafts were here favorite hobbies.
Joyce always found work her entire life. She retired from the City of San Bernardino as a secretary in the Social Services division.
She was known by her sons as a model mother and enjoyed all of her family immensely. Joyce is survived by her two sons, Jospeh P. Wallace of San Bernardino and Michael T. Wallace of Fontana; two grandchildren, Christopher Trujillo and Aaron Wallace; a brother Donald and his wife Annie Parks; a step-brother Craig and his wife Better Sheldon' and a step sister Carol Prevo.
Interment will be at sea in the Spring
