Ms Joy Christine Theios' Obituary
Joy Christine Theios, 40 passed away on December 11, 2012 at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Joy was born in San Bernardino, CA to Joan and Dan. She graduated from Aquinas High School and went to on to attend Cosmetology School to become an Esthetician. She eventually owned her own business Joy D’Vie in San Diego where she resided with her own family for 15 years.
Joy loved arts and craft; making and selling her own jewelry. But her greatest devotion was to her girls Sloan (6) and Reese (4). She eventually moved back to San Bernardino two years ago and resided in Redlands.
Joy was vivacious, full of life and cared immensely for her friends and family.
She will be remembered by her family for her lovely smile, generosity and joyful personality.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Warren and Betty Kelbe and her grandfather Charles Jimenez.
She is survived by her beautiful daughters Sloan and Reese and their father Nick. Also surviving her are her parents, Joni Cerwin and Dan C. Jimenez, her sister Jill Burr and her grandmother Ofelia Jimenez, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also remembered by her loving friends.
A Celebration of Joy’s life will be at the National Orange Show, in the Renaissance Room, on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. (please enter Orange Show on S.
