John Henry Warren Jr., 84, veteran WWII U.S. Marine Corps and Purple Heart recipient, passed away June 25, 2010 at the Veterans Hospital in Loma Linda, CA. John was a crane operator for Kaiser Steel for 20 years and a proud horse farrier. He is survived by his daughters: Carolyn Alvis, Shirley Hopkins, Kara Warren, sister, Brenda Ballard of Tennessee, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and his former wife Betty Warren. Viewing will be Monday July 5, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino with graveside services on Tuesday July 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Riverside National Cemetery 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA
