The family of John R. Starbuck, 83, are saddened to announce his passing on February 8, 2017, in Redlands, CA. John was a 20 year veteran of the United States Air Force and served 20 years as a Federal Marshall. He is survived by Read Obituary
John and Gerry will always be remembered as part of our Highland family, as well as part of our Miss CA Teen Queen Pageant family. It truly seems like yesterday, although it has now been many years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Gerry and your entire family. A life well lived is a life to be fondly remembered by all who knew John.
