John Henry Hemingway Jr., 85 Passed away at his home in San Bernardino on Saturday July 12, 2008. John was a retired Finish Carpenter and had served with the U.S. Navy See Bee’s in WWII. John belonged to the American Legion and the Masons.
He is survived by his daughters; Arvie Pendleton and Dessie Hawkins, as well as 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
A visitation for John will be on Thursday, July 17th from 4-7pm at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel in San Bernardino. Graveside Services will be at the Riverside National Cemetery at 9:45 AM on Friday July 18th
