Mr. John Earl "Jack" Branske's Obituary
John Earl (Jack) Branske,
72, of San Bernardino, passed away April 21, 2015 at home. Jack was born July 1, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio to Earl and Lucille (Fenstermaker) Branske. His family moved to San Bernardino in 1951. Jack was a graduate of San Bernardino High School. He went on to marry Barbara Buchheit in 1963 and they had 3 children, Mike, Tim (Debbie) and Kristi. Jack also has 4 grandchildren, Justin, Kristen, Eric Miranda, and one great grandson, Michael. He also leaves his sister Joanne Gipson of San Bernardino, brother, James Branske of Oregon, sister Earlene Woznicki of Arizona, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Earl and Lucille and eldest son Mike.
Jack worked for, then owned Buchheits Garage in Fontana for over 50 years. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed trips to Laughlin. Jack was a loving, generous man and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 26th from 5:00-7:00 pm and memorial service will be Monday, April 27th at 11:00 am; both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, Ca. 92408. Interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery. A dear family friend, minister Margaret Green, will be officiating and Justin Branske will deliver the eulogy.
