John is survived by his wife, Effie, of 24 years, parents, R.G. and Lynn Biggs of Laguna Niguel, brother, James and wife, Sheryl Biggs of Lehi, Utah, sisters, Nancy and husband Raymond Gutierrez of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Kristi and husband Robert Stone of Redlands, CA, Kiara and husband Timothy Gray of Pine Bluff, AR and step sister, Lori and husband Robert Berkman of Scottsdale, AZ.
Private interment to follow at Mt. View Cemetery, San Bernardino, CA.
