Joalyce Hudgins' Obituary
Joalyce passed away April 12, 2017 in Howe, Oklahoma at the age of 72. She was born in San Bernardino and resided in Lucerne Valley for 32 years before moving to Howe, Oklahoma. Joalyce worked for 10 years as a Time Clerk for the U.S. Forestry Service. She is survived by her husband, William E. Hudgins; 2 sons, Andre James Hudgins of Orchid, CA and Billy Jim Hudgins of Beaverton, Oregon.
