I was a friend and co-worker of Jean's daughter Becki. I started to correspond with Jean several years ago, after Becki's sudden passing. I never met Jean, but I was so impressed that she wrote me back, I was so saddened by losing Becki.
Jean was an amazing lady, always positive and comforting me even in her grief.
The world was a better place with her in it, but I am sure she is with Becki and both are happy again.

Jean was a generous and loving person. As my mother's cousin we were able to greet her when we were children as she stepped off the plane in Pittsburgh after her long trip from California. She was always impeccably dressed down to her white gloves and beautiful smile. As an adult I was able to learn more about her love of life and of her lord. Travelling for my work, I was frequently in the LA area and Jean always had the time to share a dinner or lunch with me. We talked so much about life and all the good that God had given us. I will miss her but I know that she is where she has prayed to be. I know that she is smiling down on us. - Suzan Lambert
