In 1965, Janice and Rudy moved to San Bernardino, California to purchase their first home and raise their family of 4 children. When her children became older, Janice decided to pursue a career outside of the home. She worked at Jacob’s and McDermott CPA as a bookkeeper; Ticor Title and Trust as a Trust Secretary; and later retired from CalFed Bank as a Trust Secretary.
Janice was an active member in her community and together with her husband Rudy founded, and was Co-Director of the Vagabonds Drum and Bugle Corp, a traveling musical organization sponsored by the City of San Bernardino, San Bernardino Police Dept.
