JAN D. HESS's Obituary
Jan Hess, 59, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at home in Redlands. Jan was born in Fort Belvoir, Virginia and had been a resident of Redlands for 30 years. She worked as a Coordinator for Workers Compensation and retired in 1994. She was a Member of the Redlands Country Club Women’s Golf Association and worked in many different capacities including president from 2002-2004.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Tom Hess; son, Steven Hess (Rachel) of Huntington Beach; daughter, Tamara Hathaway (Robert) of Redlands; Two brothers, William Riesberg (Sandra) of Charleston, SC and Ronald Ginther (Barb) of Davenport, Iowa; Four grandchildren Samantha, Scott, Lauren, and Alex.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel.
Chapel Service Wednesday at 11:30 AM at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland, San Bernardino. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Redlands.
