James Michael West's Obituary
James Michael West, 63, of San Bernardino, CA passed away on Thursday April 21, 2011 in San Bernardino with his loving sister, Nancy West Ybarra at his side. Known to his family as Mike, he was born in New Orleans, LA, came to Redlands at age 8 and lived in San Bernardino County most of his life. He graduated from Redlands High School, attended Valley College and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, stationed in Vietnam during the war. He was much-loved employee of Staples in Highland, CA. Mike is survived by his brother, Jerry Bowman and sisters Kenny Clanin, Nancy Ybarra and Hana West. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Judson Baptist Church, 1406 Pacific, San Bernardino where he was a beloved member. Interment to follow at 1:45 p.m. Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, staging area #4. Bobbitt Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
