James was born March 24, 1961 in San Bernardino and was a resident of Lake Forest for 14 years. James was a Computer Analyst for Washington Mutual and attended Chabad Jewish Center in Mission Viejo. James is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sharon Eliot; 3 sons, Joseph Eliot of San Bernardino, Jeffrey Eliot of Lake Forest and Jacob Eliot of Lake Forest; 2 brothers, William Eliot of Lake Forest and Stephen Eliot of South Carolina.
