James Balcom
Jim was called home to be with his Savior on April 28, 2021. His wife, Joanne (Sprague) Balcom preceded him in death in 2019. He is survived by his sons Ken and Gary, his daughters Jill Fraley and Lori Duggan and their spouses, his brother Dean, 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Jim was a Traffic Engineer at CalTrans. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Heritage Baptist Church on May 16th at 4 pm.
