JACK ROMINE WIDMEYER's Obituary
Jack R. Widmeyer, 82, a lifetime resident of San Bernardino passed away May 21, 2008 at his home. Jack was the Owner of Jack R. Widmeyer Insurance for 60 years and a member of San Bernardino Masonic Lodge #348 F. & A.M., San Bernardino Elks Lodge #836 and Native Sons of the Golden West. Jack was an Eagle Scout, a graduate of Claremont Men’s College, and a U.S. Army World War II Veteran. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Marjorie Widmeyer of Poulsbo, WA and Elizabeth Jones of San Diego; 3 sons, James Widmeyer of Boise, Idaho, Allan Widmeyer of Ventura and John Widmeyer of Santa Clara; sister, Helen LaRash of San Carlos; 6 grandchildren, Breck, Allan, Kevin, Kimberly, Brianna, Jayden; 3 great grandchildren, Breck, Maya, Taylor. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 27th from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel. Chapel service Wednesday, May 28th ~ 9:00 a.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue, San Bernardino. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery.
