Mrs. Helen Rita Martinez's Obituary
Passed away at home at the age of 94. Born as Elena Maria Rita Gallegos in Belen, New Mexico on Sept. 23rd 1920.
Helen is survived by son Dan Martinez, Daughters Arlene Martinez Pfeil and Julie Martinez, Grand-daughter Victoria Rose Lesh, Grandson Casey Allan and Great-granddaughter Danica Rose Lesh. She was proceeded in death by her son David Martinez. Helen traveled the world and went on many cruises. Helen had a great love for music and she performed with the Canto Bello Corale and The Prime Time Choraliers. Helen was a long time supporter of Junior University and The San Bernardino Civic Light Opera and loved seeing her daughters performing in many musicals over the years. We invite you to dress Hawaiian or casual for the service. Services will be held on November 13, 2014 beginning with a visitation at 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. and a reception immediately after, all at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel. 1299 E.
