Helen V. Lowe, 90, of San Bernardino, CA passed away peacefully on December 11, 2007. A visitation will be held Monday Dec 17 at 5 p.m., followed by a service on Tuesday Dec 18th at 9:30 a.m. both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA 92404. A Graveside Service will follow at Montecito Memorial Park, S. Waterman Ave/Barton Road, Colton, CA 92354.
