Harry A. Spitzer's Obituary
Born in Bell, CA, the second of four children, to Richard & Esther Spitzer. He grew up in Maywood with the family moving to Fontana in 1945. He attended Chaffey High School. In 1952, he joined the navy and proudly served during the Korean War. He worked at Rohr Aircraft before having his own gardening business. He was married for 62 years. He lived in East Highlands for 60 years, where he enjoyed growing and sharing his “best oranges in the world.” He is survived by his wife Linda; daughter Susan (Susi) Spitzer of Pasadena, CA; son David Spitzer of Mohave Valley, Arizona; grandson Austin Spitzer; granddaughter Haley Clifton; grandson Dylan Edens; granddaughter Chloe Spitzer; 3 great grandchildren; & sister Marie Adams. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard (Dick) & Stanley Spitzer. Beloved and missed. Memorial Service: 12/2/2022, 11am at Hillside Cemetery in Redlands.
