HARRIS STEVE DAFNIS's Obituary
Harris S. Dafnis, 90, a longtime San Bernardino resident, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2009 in San Bernardino, CA. He was born in Michigan and served in the U.S. Army. Later he worked for AT & SF railroad for 40 years and was a 75 year member of St. Bernardine Catholic Church. He is survived by his sister, Madeline Morningstar of Coos Bay, OR., many nieces and nephews and a close circle of friends and admirers. Harris was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Lois, who passed away in 1988. Mass of the Christian burial will 12 noon, Friday, February 6, 2009 at St. Bernardine Catholic Church, 545 N. “F” St., San Bernardino with interment to follow at Mt. View Memorial Park in San Bernardino.
