Harold Edward McGrath, 90 of Highland, Ca. passed away on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016 in Highland. He is survived by his son, Michael McGrath of Wa., Preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine in 2006. Also surviving is his granddaughter, Read Obituary
We have memories of Harold in his" little car". He kept on going to church, Kay's , and visiting with friends. He is missed! Donna and Phil Drury
Breakfast at Kay's, dinner at Olive Garden and Outback and Harold's 90th birthday party. Harold you are missed but we know you are in a better place with God.

One of my favorite memories of my Grandpa is his 4th of July Bbq's. Family, friends and the neighborhood would get involved. There was fresh strawberry ice cream ,which we all had a hand in mixing. I still find that cool. Grown men horsing around like school children. Laughing till they were in tears. I shouldn't bring up the slide. Yes, may grandpa, with out grandma looking would go down standing up. Crazy awesome. Me and my cousin would always listen for the porpoise coming to get us. Lots of fun,Good food, then the fireworks.. Where there were always big fireworks, my Grandpa's favorite thing was getting all of us together to light the sparklers after the show. Some of us were scared of them, others no problem. My Grandpa, the war solider would sign and dance and twirl with his sparklers. With the biggest smile on his face. Something I'll never forget.. I'll miss you Grandpa. You taught me so much. I love you, Michele
