GUADALUPE SUCHIL ORONA's Obituary
Guadalupe Suchil Orona, born in Colton, CA; January 8, 1922, one of twelve children. She went home to be with our Lord, June 25, 2007 at the age of 85. She is survived by her 10 children; Yolanda Ramos (Joe); Maggie Dietiker (Tom); Yvonne Orona; Joel (Andrea); Veronica Gabaldon (Ben); Patricia Moreno (Louie); Guadalupe Archuleta (Boyd); Esmeralda Lukenbill; Moses, Noah, 20 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Natividad Vasquez, Josie Bernal; brother, Manuel Suchil; numerous nephews and nieces. A longtime member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She dearly loved the Lord, as evidenced in her life. She had many dear friends across the country. She went to the Hutton Senior Center in Colton daily sharing her famous salsa and love of life, including bingo, taking trips, dancing and listening to music. She was a staunch patriot and an avid sports fan of the Lakers, the Dodgers and the Raiders. Mass of the Christian Burial will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 1106 N. La Canada Dr, Colton with interment to follow at Montecito Memorial Park, Colton, CA. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA. with a rosary at 7 p.m.
