Grace Joan Calia's Obituary
Grace Joan Calia, age 87, of Highland, California passed away in August 2020. She was born in New Haven, Connecticut to Louis and Catherine Bimonte. A registered nurse, Grace worked as a supervisor in the San Bernardino County Public Health Department Public health for 40 years. She was the loving wife of the late Roland Calia Sr., mother of the late John Louis Calia (Priya Prak) and is survived by her oldest son Roland Calia Jr. (James D’Archangelis), her sister Carmela Lorusso and many nieces and nephews.
Grace was an active member of St. Adelaide’s Catholic parish in Highland for over 50 years. She enjoyed travelling the world with her friends and family, loved reading mystery novels and was renowned for her cooking skills. Requiescat in pace.
