Glenda M. Bennett, 78, passed away in Redlands, CA on December 28, 2009. A journalist for over 40 years, Glenda was a former resident of Guam; Nahunta, Georgia and lived in Hemet and Highland, CA. Survivors include her daughter, Ann Pickett, sons, James S. III and Charles Moore, sister, Cecilia Mott, 6 grandchildren Bethany Drake, Martinique Pickett, Samuel Pickett, Robert, Jason and Haley Moore and 2 great grand children Kaleb Drake and Dominick Pickett.
Bobbitt Memorial Chapel is in charge of local arrangements. Edo Miller and sons Funeral Home in Brunswick, Georgia are in charge of services and burial.
