George Coe's Obituary
George Edward Coe, 73 of Redlands passed away of Cancer in his home, on November 17th 2009.George graduated from San Bernardino High School in 1955. Upon Graduation he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he severed four years. Following his service in the United States Air Force, George went to work for his Father’s company Coe Machine and Pump Company. Upon his Fathers passing George went on to run the family business for 10 years. George sold his business to McCalla Brothers (Layne Christenson) in Redlands, California where he retired in 1996. After retirement George enjoyed traveling with his wife Meredith, fishing and golf.
George was a member of The Masonic Lodge of San Bernardino.
George is survived by his wife of 51 years, Meredith. One Sister, Roynamae Cobb of Georgia. Two sons, Michael and his wife Terri,. Richard and his wife Faith, Both of Redlands. Four Grandchildren and one Great Grandchild.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel 1299 E Highland Ave., San Bernardino, CA with a Private Inurnment at the Riverside National Cemetery
