Genevieve Marion Rhodes' Obituary
Genevieve Rhodes, 93, passed away on June 5, 2012 at Redlands Community Hospital. Originally from Michigan, Gennie had lived in Southern California since 1974. She and her husband Allen were devoted missionaries with Baptist Mid-Missions where they ministered within the Jewish community both in Israel and in Southern California. She loved to tend her garden, had a love for life and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband Allen and her daughter Cheryl Parker.
She is survived by her son Gary and his wife Nora of Highland, CA, her grandchildren Mark, David, Michael and Jenifer.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA 92404. Inurnment will be private.
