I just want to say that I din't know Garrett personally but I was a student of Mr. Lopez when he was 1st notified he had this terrible cancer. I just want to say I'm terribly sorry this happened! And the lopez family is a great family. They were soo nice and there for my family when my uncle jim passed of this same disease. Garrett and my uncle were both fighters!!! but now they're in a better place together. I just want to say im very sorry! If you need anything or want to talk my E-mail is [email protected]. Dear Lopez Family,

We only know of Garrett through the Barna's, Marie is my sister. Through them we feel that Garrett is still spreading his love to all, even those who have never met him personally...but heard of his courageous battle and loving spirit.

Our hearts and prayers are with you and your family and may God reach down and comfort you.
