Mr Frederick Lloyd Plimley, Jr.'s Obituary
Frederick L. Plimley, Jr. passed away at home Monday morning June 20, 2016. Frederick L. Plimley, Jr. has been a long-time resident of San Bernardino County for over 70 years and was a Teacher/Educator with San Bernardino Unified School District for 44 years. Frederick L. Plimley, Jr. was an award-winning teacher and for most of his career, he was the Math Department Chairman at San Gorgonio High School and taught advanced mathematics classes there. Frederick L. Plimley, Jr. especially enjoyed square dancing and folk dancing with his wife of 57 years Vivienne Marie Plimley, who passed away March 30, 2015. He enjoyed being highly involved in school activities and student events, was an amateur extra radio operator KR6BO and hosted morning ham net on Southern California JPL repeater for many years, enjoyed playing the organ and piano, and visiting with his grandchildren. Frederick L. Plimley Jr. is survived by his sons Frederick Gerald Plimley and Ronald Edward Plimley and his grandchildren Daniel Benjamin Plimley and Sadia Vivienne Plimley. Frederick was also a life member of San Bernardino Masonic Lodge #178.
