We were blessed to have Frances Brooks as a long time member of the Native Daughters of the Golden West. She was a 4th Generation Californian. Her friendly helpful demeanor served her well when she served our order as State President of the Past Presidents Association in 2002. Frances supported the Native Daughters goal to preserve California’s history by instilling an appreciation of California’s rich history through the many charitable projects of our organization. Frances was a natural leader and a true friend. We are saddened to hear of her passing and grateful for the time we had with her.
