ETHEL M. NICKEL's Obituary
Ethel M. Nickel, 96, passed away at her home in Riverside, CA on April 9, 2009. She had been a resident of Highland, CA for over 75 years prior to moving to Riverside two years ago.
Ethel was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, San Bernardino Women’s Club and the United Methodist Church. She worked for San Bernardino County in the Auditors Office for 25 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl and her son Neil Nickel.
She is survived by her son John Nickel of Riverside, five grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
A graveside service to honor Ethel’s life will be held on Monday, April 20, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Mt. View Cemetery, 570 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA 92404. Condolences may be sent on-line at www.bobbittchapel.com.
