ELEANOR JANE CAMPBELL's Obituary
Eleanor J. Campbell, 86 of San Bernardino, Ca., passed away on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008 in Loma Linda, Ca. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Dan) King of San Bernardino, 2 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren, brothers, Angelo Gallo of Fontana, Ralph Gallo of Warren, Pa. and Anthony Gallo of Salamanca, N.Y. Also surviving her are many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Clair “Jack” E. Campbell in 1979, brother, Dominic Gallo of Corning, N.Y. and 2 sisters, Rose Ross and Angelina Cardamone.Eleanor was employed for 25 years with Cal Trans and belonged to the following organizations and clubs, Cal Trans Quarter Century Club, Catholic Daughters, Blue Army and the Highland Woman’s Club. She also volunteered many hours with the San Bernardino Blood Bank. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2008 at St. Adelaide Catholic Church 27457 Baseline Highland, Ca. with private interment at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, Ca.
