Dorothy C. Sloan's Obituary
Dorothy C. Sloan, 92 years blessed, made her journey home to family and God on February 22, 2012. A lifelong resident of San Bernardino, Dorothy was a proud homemaker and a humble servant of God her whole life. She loving raised two children Carolyn and Charlotte who both preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was Ernest, her loving husband of 57 years. She is survived her sisters, Lucy and Annabelle. Also surviving her are five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA 92404. A graveside service will follow on Wednesday February 29, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E Washington, Colton, CA. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dorothy’s memory to The Lion’s Club of America.
