DOROTHY EVANGELINE SCHMITZ's Obituary
Dorothy E. Schmitz, 96, passed away January 4, 2009 at Kaiser Hospital Fontana. A resident of Colton, Dorothy worked for The American Lung Association for 35 years and was a member of Luther Church of Our Savior. She is survived by her 4 children: Ronald Schmitz, Jack Schmitz, Karen Blake, Paul Schmitz, 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin N. Schmitz. Viewing will be Thursday January 8, 2009 from 4:00PM – 7:00PM at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino, CA A memorial service will be Friday January 9, 2009 at 11:00AM at Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 5050 N. Sierra Way San Bernardino, CA 92404. Interment will be private at Riverside National Cemetery.
